Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. During high-volume periods, holidays, or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or carefully curated, which allows us to provide unique, high-quality pieces.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We primarily ship via USPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays, peak seasons, or weather-related delays.

Farra’s Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Farra’s Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Farra’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, Farra’s Boutique ships within the United States only. (If you’d like, I can adjust this section if you do ship internationally.)
